2. How long does home delivery take in Pakistan?
My Lookz uses best of the courier service providers who delivers orders across Pakistan within approximately 2 working days in Karachi and 2-5 working days in all major cities like Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Sukkur, Pindi, Hyderabad, and Islamabad. Delivery to remote areas may take up to seven working days.
International delivery is not currently available, but you may contact us regarding a special request.
3. Can I buy jewellery online in Pakistan using Cash on Delivery?
Yes, certainly. Cash on Delivery is available nationwide, making it convenient to place your order through our online jewellery store in Pakistan and pay when it arrives with satisfaction.
4. What is the My Lookz return, exchange and cancellation policy?
Our policies are flexible and friendly. You may request a return or exchange within three days of delivery. The item must be unworn, kept in its original packaging and submitted with the invoice and order number. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, eligible items can be handled according to our Return and Exchange Policy.
5. What should I do if my jewellery arrives damaged or incorrect?
The customer can report for the items damaged or incorrect within 24 hours of delivery through our WhatsApp and email. Must be clear photographs or videos. After verification, our team may arrange a free exchange or store credit. A refund may be issued for a damaged or incorrect item after verification. My Lookz reserves the rights to accept or reject claims that do not meet the policy terms.
6. Does artificial jewellery tarnish, how should I best care for my items?
Honestly speaking, artificial and plated jewellery may lose colour or tarnish over a certain time or even if exposed to water, perfume and chemicals. However, to extend its life, look and feel, keep your jewellery away from moisture and sprays, gently wipe it with a soft cloth after use, and store it separately in a clean, dry pouch or box.
